Cristina Bartra, an IT banking specialist recruiter has lived in the UK for over 9 years. During those years, she had the opportunity to work in different IT organisations as a pre-sales consultant as well as different executive search consultancies. After working with Tier1 Investment banks in the city in London, she decided to set up Dragon Shepherd as she saw a gap in the market to treat clients in a tactful and transparent way.
Daniel Goñi, an experienced specialist consultant in start ups support in launching ideas and business projects in different sectors and markets. He has over 7 years experience working with a range of entrepreneurs in a vast number of industries and organisations dedicated to set up their own entrepreneurship programme. After having worked for those years with more than 300 start up projects, he decided to launch Dragon Shepherd with Cristina in order to take advantage the head hunting services, network of contacts in the industry (network of investors) applied of own start ups launching methodology programme.
